5 Multi-Tasking Makeup Tips
Summer makeup is all about simplicity and keeping it light. It's hot, we're sweaty and don't feel like having a lot packed onto our skin. To help you keep things simple, this is my list of 5 summer multi-tasking makeup products!
First we've got our lips! On the left, being more moist that a lip balm Lip Drink not only hydrates your lips, but uses Titanium Dioxide to provide broad spectrum SPF 15 UVA and UVB coverage. It now also now comes in colors! On the right is Forever Pink and Forever Peach lip and cheek stain. I LOVE these! Non-drying, long-lasting, and a lip balm feel that adjusts to your own chemistry for a shade that will flatter your skin tone!
Next up, oil control. If you're anything like me, your skin may feel like a grease ball in the summer, and it can be hard to contain. In the summer I often forego moisturizer and will just use my Cranberry Nutritional Solution after cleansing for my antioxidant and balance, and then will apply absence primer. This primer is a multi-tasking product because it smooths the appearance of pores and fine lines, along with reducing oil production in as little as 2 weeks!
Formulated with lightweight minerals this tinted moisturizer not only hydrates and provides sheer to medium coverage, but helps prevent trans-dermal water loss. It calms and soothes, is water resistant for 40 minutes, provides broad spectrum sum protection with SPF 15 and gives a slightly matte finish that reduces the appearance of fine lines and enlarged pores. Now we're ready to GLOW. This is probably one of my favorite products. (I mean I love them all, but really, LOVE this.) Quad bronzers. Whether it's highlighting, contouring, blush, or eyeshadow, you're covered all with this ONE product! Moonglow gives a bronze look, Sunbeam gives a pink/copper look and Rosedawn gives you more of a pretty in pink look. Just ask me which one would be best for you and the makeup look you would like!
This last one isn't really multi-tasking, but I just have to put it on the list! Beyond Matte HD Powder. This powder does just what it says! A matte finish, a flawless HD look, refines pores and is ultra water resistant. I love to use the dark shade for my bronzer!
Oops, I just finished and realized that with the 2 different lip products, that makes 6. Oh well! I really hope this list may help you simplify your beauty regimen this summer, and help you continue the journey to happy, healthy skin!
